Since purchasing the Gympie Saddleworld business in November 2017, the new owner had been eager to make the saddlery online shopping experience another service for her growing customer base.

With a marketing background herself, she set up a basic Wix site but soon realised it was unworkable and came to Brand House Co for help.

“I just can’t make it work for online sales nor do I have the time. I need a professional website which makes online ordering of country gear and horse products easy and enjoyable,” she said.

Criteria was a smart and contemporary site which also functions well for sales and product information. It was also important for it to be easy for her to add and edit new products herself on a regular basis. Using the universal WordPress Content Management System and a trusted E-commerce platform, we have designed and implemented a fresh website with easy navigation across all devices.

The owner is an experienced equestrian herself across all disciplines and wanted her website to reflect “all styles” so it was important to keep it clean, fresh and appealing to all horse enthusiasts and country folk.
