Marg Cochrane Real Estate

Marg Cochrane Real Estate was established in mid 2020 as a boutique realty agency servicing areas from Noosa to the Mary Valley in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

We were asked to come up with branding which talked to Marg’s many years in the industry and her professionalism and results. We designed a sophisticated logo which reflects the professional way Marg conducts her business. We came up with the the tag line ‘because experienced agents get results‘ which speaks of her results based track record and the experience she has both as an agent but as one who has lived in the area all her life.

We carried her new branding across all her marketing material, both digital (website, social media) and physical (stationary and signage) for a cohesive story and look for the business.
