Laguna Estate Retirement Village

As there are surely few better places to retire than Noosa it was exciting to be asked to refresh and update the Laguna Estate Retirement Village branding, website and marketing suite.

Set within its own 20 acre village enclave, it was essential that we made use of the great image opportunities within the resort to promote the extensive range of services, facilities and activities available to the residents. Also, with such easy access to the beautiful beaches, parks and waterways in and around the resort itself, we needed to promote the many aspects of the unique Laguna lifestyle available to retirement aged individuals in this beautiful part of the world. The existing logo – a kingfisher – was updated introducing a fresh colour scheme of turquoise and sand – reflecting the water and beach environments surrounding Laguna Estate. Naturally, this palette is carried throughout the brochure, website, stationery and signage.

A simple tag line, ‘Live, love life Laguna’ was included, a gentle alliteration alluding to the lifestyle to be enjoyed at Laguna.

With various accommodation options available, each were drawn and categorised along with a new site map which enables residents and visitors to find their way around the resort.

Finally, the friendly faces of the Laguna staff were included to help convey the relaxed, trouble-free culture which is so much a part of this lovely facility.
