Hi Class Equestrian

Hi-Class Equestrian is an affordable equestrian apparel brand on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. It was started by Melissa Cardenti-Wiblen in 2015 when she was finding it difficult to source stylish, breathable, affordable, sun-safe shirts for her daughter to wear riding.

After 5 years of building her client base via social media, she approached us after finding that using the social platforms as her primary method of selling was becoming too difficult. She knew she needed an e-commerce website to be able to sell online and catalogue and showcase her range of styles, sizes and colours.

We have created a stylish easy to use and navigate website, where customers can purchase the Hi-Class shirts and equestrian accessories and features Melissa’s own photography of all the products. She is delighted that it has streamlined her customer purchasing and communication – no more messaging sizes and colours to customers or texting images – it’s all there on the website, including washing instructions, size charts and customer care information.

Melissa also has a number of Hi-Class Ambassadors – riders who are out and about competing in the Hi Class shirts. The website shares the stories of these young riders who support the brand.

And of course, the website is desktop, tablet and mobile friendly – great for customers who are out at events and need to make that purchase!
