Finding qualified, enthusiastic, dedicated workers for employers in Australia’s vast agricultural industries can be challenging. Our client came to us with a wealth of experience managing large properties and teams of farm workers, as well as experience in the recruitment industry over the last few years.

We developed the branding, website and social media platforms – having experience as both marketers along with our first hand rural experience. 

We designed a roll of barbed wire to be utilised in the logo graphic as well as across the brand design. This appealed to the client as something unique from the all-too-often and cliched use of stylised cattle symbols. It also presented as a realistic, down-to-earth symbol of agricultural life. Combined with a clean, no fuss font, a departure from the traditional type styles often utilised, DroverAg Rural Recruitment now has an uncomplicated public face.

The website, utilising the barbed wire graphic throughout has a clean simple style, is easily navigated by employees from the various sectors and employers looking for workers. An integrated recruitment platform has been incorporated to allow positions to be uploaded, and then removed as they are fulfilled. Both employers and employees are able to register interest via forms which detail their experience or recruitment needs.

Time was of the essence with this project and we were able to have it ready to use within a matter of weeks.
